- Purpose
Provide an integrated view of the financial market institutions role in Brazil and in the international context, to develop analytical skills and strategic vision, including the financial institution and its environment. Develop the ability to hold positions of senior management and leadership, leading change processes and achieving results.
- Student Profile
The course is designed for directors, managers and analysts in the financial sector, to enhance their competence in management, leadership and transformation of the institutions in which they operate. The typical student of MBA Banking operates in a financial institution or other institution related to the industry, is in a managerial position or requires interpersonal and decision-making power and has a higher degree in any field of knowledge.
- Certificate
The Certificate of Course Conclusion issued by FFA-FIA Business School, will be granted to the student approved in the course in accordance with Resolution CNE / CES No. 1 of June 8,2007. It will be considered approved, the student who gets final average equal or higher than 7.0 (seven), and achieve a minimum frequency of 50% (fifty percent) of the scheduled classes of each course or module of the curriculum and, simultaneously, 75 % (seventy five percent) of the total class hours of the course , as well as approval of the Final Coursework. The student who meet these requirements will be awarded the graduate certificate lato sensu at the level of Specialization or MBA, accompanied by a transcript of grades.
