The distinguishing aspect of this course is the applicability rate of its syllabus into the business reality, which covers important topics in corporate finance and financial markets and its products, and the quality of its faculty, formed of masters and doctorates, with academic and professional experience in the area.
- Purpose
Develop the concepts and practices of finance applied to reality, increasing the value of the company, provide knowledge, skills and tools necessary to professional development, and lead students to discuss frontier concepts of the issue, thus becoming a laboratory for the exchange of experiences between the theories and practices in the field.
- Student Profile
The course is designed for executives of financial and other related areas in companies and institutions, with at least three years of higher education degree and holding positions of Director, Manager, Advisor, or others with decision-making responsibilities. The course is also suitable for those executives who wish to combine theory and practice in the development and refinement of Finance concepts and techniques.
- Certificate
The Certificate of Course Conclusion issued by FFA-FIA Business School, will be granted to the student approved in the course in accordance with Resolution CNE / CES No. 1 of June 8,2007. It will be considered approved, the student who gets final average equal or higher than 7.0 (seven), and achieve a minimum frequency of 50% (fifty percent) of the scheduled classes of each course or module of the curriculum and, simultaneously, 75 % (seventy five percent) of the total class hours of the course , as well as approval of the Final Coursework. The student who meet these requirements will be awarded the graduate certificate lato sensu at the level of Specialization or MBA, accompanied by a transcript of grades.
