- Distinguishing Aspects
(1) The course has been ranked for seven consecutive years since 2003 as the best Brazilian MBA in Information Technology, according to Você S/A magazine
(2)it offers the traditional training options for the management of ITC (Information Technology and Communication ) in the user organization, as well as in corporate management, providing ITC services to the market
(3) Maintains agreements with the Institutes of Business Administration of Université Pierre Mendes in Grenoble, France , and Paul Cézanne - Aix-Marseille III in Aix-en-Provence, France. These agreements allow FIA to offer the student who has completed the MBA Management of Information Technology, the possibility of enrolling in one of these universities. The student attends an additional set of courses in France and, once approved, s/he gets an additional graduate diploma of the French university. When the module is held in Grenoble IAE, the title is Master en Systèmes d'Information. The module made in the IAE Aix-en-Provence leads to an MBA in Change and Innovation. This is an optional part of the program, offered annually if there are enough students interested and is payed separately.
- Purpose
Allow students to enhance skills such as critical thinking, creativity, sense of ethics and the ability for management and decision-making on issues that include information technology and business, providing a broad intellectual training, as well as enhance the development of knowledge and skills necessary for leadership in IT.
- Student Profile
The course is designed for IT managers, project managers, business analysts, managers of user areas, outsourced companies providing products and services, consultants and professionals of redesign and management of business processes.
- Certificate
The Certificate of Course Conclusion issued by FFA-FIA Business School, will be granted to the student approved in the course in accordance with Resolution CNE / CES No. 1 of June 8,2007. It will be considered approved, the student who gets final average equal or higher than 7.0 (seven), and achieve a minimum frequency of 50% (fifty percent) of the scheduled classes of each course or module of the curriculum and, simultaneously, 75 % (seventy five percent) of the total class hours of the course , as well as approval of the Final Coursework. The student who meet these requirements will be awarded the graduate certificate lato sensu at the level of Specialization or MBA, accompanied by a transcript of grades.
