With the experience gained with the creation of PROVAR (Retail Management Program), FIA has developed the MBA Retail Business: Management & Strategy, which aims at deepening the studies on retail management and its relations with all components of production and distribution chains.

The course is an initiative of PROVAR (Retail Management Studies Program); it is structured in innovative modules designed directly for professionals interested in understanding the consumer and their consuming behaviour. The MBA includes, in addition to classes and studies in Brazil, a program abroad in order to extend the analytical horizon of the participants.
- Purpose
Update knowledge, present and discuss concepts and methods related to different areas of business management in retail and services, by encouraging students to broaden their knowledge research potential; emphasize and enhance the theoretical aspects, prepare students to apply concepts into practice and build a forum for discussion of ideas and knowledge exchange between them.
- Student Profile
Students of this course seek to expand knowledge on issues relating to the management and development of Retail and related activities, whose profile is composed of professionals responsible for defining solutions, managing process and strategy in companies linked to retail, such as executives who occupy management positions with the prospect of taking strategic positions in the area.
- Certificate
The Certificate of Course Conclusion issued by FFA-FIA Business School, will be granted to the student approved in the course in accordance with Resolution CNE / CES No. 1 of June 8,2007. It will be considered approved, the student who gets final average equal or higher than 7.0 (seven), and achieve a minimum frequency of 50% (fifty percent) of the scheduled classes of each course or module of the curriculum and, simultaneously, 75 % (seventy five percent) of the total class hours of the course , as well as approval of the Final Coursework. The student who meet these requirements will be awarded the graduate certificate lato sensu at the level of Specialization or MBA, accompanied by a transcript of grades.
